Born 26.03.1978 in Westerstede, raised in Bad Zwischenahn and currently living in Oldenburg
Education
After "Abitur" at the "Wirtschaftsgymnasium Oldenburg", I studied Computer Science at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg
Occupation
I'm Senior Research Engineer at the DLR Institute of Systems Engineering for Future Mobility, in the group Human-Centered Engineering of the System Theory and Design division. The institute and group was previously located at the OFFIS Institute for Information Technology division Transportation, which has been transferred into the DLR Institute Systems Engineeering for Future Mobility. Pets
I own a small but cosy aquarium, now mainly with Armano shrimp. Previously I had two small fish in it, "Goldy" (left) and "Red" (right):
Goldy was a albino bristle-nose catfish (Gold-Antennenwels, lat: Ancistrus sp. Gold), and Red a Siamese fighting fish (Siamesischer Kampffisch, lat: Betta Splendens)
Misc
I used to drive a Volvo C30 from 2008 to 2015. From November 2015 to August 2020 I drove a Toyota Auris Hybrid Executive, and since August 2020 I drive a Tesla Model 3 SR+

I love reading books, and most likely I use my Kindle for that, which saves a lot of space in my flat :-)These are my favorite books
